Multiple risk factors: useful links

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare has produced a summary of risk factors relating to chronic disease and how these inter-relate. 

In 2002, the World Health Organization devoted its annual report on the state of the world's health to a health report on risk factors, and there is a consideration of multiple risk factors.
