Chart 1 shows the percentage of fifth year school pupils that attained 3 or more awards at SCQF level 6 or better in 2003. For Scotland as a whole 29.5% of S5 pupils attained these level of awards. At a council level 18.5% of S5 pupils in Glasgow City reached this level compared to 53.7% in East Renfrewshire.
