29th November 2016 - New Screening section

A new web section on Screening has been published on the ScotPHO website. It covers: the basics of screening; criteria for a screening programme and what needs to be considered before one is initiated; the programmes available in Scotland; why screening is different to other health services and factors to consider about screening; and available data on screening uptake including discussion of inequalities in uptake.
